I'm Jade — a language and mindset coach for gaming job seekers, ESL teacher, and lifelong Pokémon trainer. I create learning experiences that build real-world job skills by blending gaming principles with AI-enhanced instructional design, so candidates can apply with clarity, not guesswork.

My method comes from a decade of language teaching and a recruiter's eye for what actually gets read. I help capable people get hired in the gaming industry by positioning their experience intentionally — identifying the hidden obstacles that block how recruiters interpret your story, clarifying your direction, and helping you articulate value in a crowded market.

My work has shipped through Maven cohorts, Talaera business English programs, and 1:1 coaching with creatives across the game industry. I also speak publicly on gamification, instructional design, and clarity-first communication.
